These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Psychedelic Bundle Builder app (“App”). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By installing the App in your Shopify store or otherwise using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

3. Accounts & Installation
To use the App, you must have an active Shopify store and authorize the App via Shopify’s OAuth process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your store credentials and for all activities that occur under your store account.
4. Fees and Payments
Any fees for the App, if applicable, will be presented during installation or within your Shopify billing. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Data & Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information in connection with the App is described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for your own privacy notices and practices with your customers.
6. Intellectual Property
We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all related intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App, nor reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code, except as permitted by law.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App.
9. Termination
You may uninstall the App at any time from your Shopify Admin. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
